My off-season routine in the early-mid 1980s was Squats and Deadlifts on
Mondays and Thursdays, Chest and Back on Tuesdays and Fridays, and
Delts and Arms over the Weekends. At this time I was Incline Benching
495 for 4 reps, Barbell Rowing 405 for 4 Arnold/Haney style and I would
clean a 360lb barbell, press it over my head, sit down and press it
behind my neck six times. 700lb Squats.
On the road in my wrestling peak, I trained seven days a week, sometimes
twice a day, fast paced workouts, usually hitting Chest, Delts and Arms
every 3rd day, Back and Legs on the other days.
In the 1970s on my way up I was using a 20 rep Squat program with pullovers and powerlifting work.

The Ultimate Warrior (1959-2014) was more than a professional wrestler. He also was a prolific author on the Warrior's Machete. His views have been largely ostracized and unfortunately, since his death, he has been whitewashed ans his website has been de-archived. This website is intended as a repository of his writings.
